Privacy Policy (PDPA 2010)

Taishin Group Sdn Bhd ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We collect information you provide when placing an order or contacting us — such as your name, delivery address, phone number and email — solely to process orders, arrange delivery (including Cash on Delivery), provide customer support and, where you consent, send you updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to fulfil your order (for example, delivery partners and our official Shopee/Lazada channels). We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing taiyoglobalgroup@gmail.com.

Shipping

We deliver throughout West and East Malaysia (free shipping), and to Singapore (RM30 delivery). Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days; delivery times vary by location. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, TAIYO herbal guards are personal-care items and cannot be returned once opened or used. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds, where applicable, are made to the original payment method.
